Artificial-Intelligence-Based Design for Circuit Parameters of Power Converters

no code implementations30 Jul 2023 X. Li, X. Zhang, F. Lin, F. Blaabjerg

To mitigate human-dependence for the sake of high accuracy and easy implementation, an artificial-intelligence-based design (AI-D) approach is proposed in this article for the parameter design of power converters.

Review of medical data analysis based on spiking neural networks

no code implementations13 Nov 2022 X. Li, X. Zhang, X. Yi, D. Liu, H. Wang, B. Zhang, D. Zhao, L. Wang

Medical data mainly includes various types of biomedical signals and medical images, which can be used by professional doctors to make judgments on patients' health conditions.

Machine learning for knowledge acquisition and accelerated inverse-design for non-Hermitian systems

no code implementations28 Apr 2022 W. W. Ahmed, M. Farhat, K. Staliunas, X. Zhang, Y. Wu

Non-Hermitian systems offer new platforms for unusual physical properties that can be flexibly manipulated by redistribution of the real and imaginary parts of refractive indices, whose presence breaks conventional wave propagation symmetries, leading to asymmetric reflection and symmetric transmission with respect to the wave propagation direction.

Picture Fuzzy Interactional Aggregation Operators via Strict Triangular Norms and Applications to Multi-Criteria Decision Making

no code implementations8 Apr 2022 X. Wu, Z. Zhu, G. Çaylı, P. Liu, X. Zhang, Z. Yang

To ensure the closeness of the operational laws in PFNs, we construct a new class of picture fuzzy operators based on strict triangular norms, which consider the interaction between the positive degrees (negative degrees) and the neutral degrees.

Tuning the tilting of the spiral plane by Mn doping in YBaCuFeO5 multiferroic

no code implementations9 Mar 2021 X. Zhang, A. Romaguera, O. Fabelo, F. Fauth, J. Herrero-Martín, J. L. García-Muñoz

The layered perovskite YBaCuFeO5 (YBCFO) is considered one of the best candidates to high-temperature chiral multiferroics with strong magnetoelectric coupling.

Probing the Spatial Variation of the Inter-Valley Tunnel Coupling in a Silicon Triple Quantum Dot

no code implementations29 Jan 2021 F. Borjans, X. Zhang, X. Mi, G. Cheng, N. Yao, C. A. C. Jackson, L. F. Edge, J. R. Petta

Here we use microwave spectroscopy to probe spatial variations in the valley splitting, and the intra- and inter-valley tunnel couplings ($t_{ij}$ and $t'_{ij}$) that couple dots $i$ and $j$ in a triple quantum dot (TQD).
