We have theoretically investigated thermoelectric (TE) effects of narrow-gap single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with randomly substituted nitrogen (N) impurities, i. e., N-substituted (20, 0) SWCNTs with a band gap of 0. 497 eV.
