We establish universality and expression rate bounds for a class of neural Deep Operator Networks (DON) emulating Lipschitz (or H\"older) continuous maps $\mathcal G:\mathcal X\to\mathcal Y$ between (subsets of) separable Hilbert spaces $\mathcal X$, $\mathcal Y$.
