We introduce a novel, data-driven topological data analysis (TDA) approach for embedding brain networks into a lower-dimensional space in quantifying the dynamics of temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) obtained from resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI).
